Tibetan Chamomile Incense

Chamomile is a stimulant, bitter, tonic, aromatic, emmenagogue, anodyne, antispasmodic, stomachic tonic. It is used externally to assist in wound healing and treat inflammation, internally for fever, digestive upsets, anxiety and insomnia. It is used as a fragrance in herbal therapy (skin & hair care) products.

Packaging: The packaging is 100% recyclable and made from recycled paper and Lokta bark. Lokta is a small woody bush which grows at over 6000 feet in the Himalayas, and has been used in Nepal to make paper (similar to parchment) over the last 2000 years or so. This type of paper making is an ancient art that has survived the test of time and  has been passed on from generation to generation of talented artisans in Nepal. Lokta paper is a renewable resource and provides a valuable source of income to paper making families and village communities.
