SHIPPING

Orders will be shipped within 2-5 business days of placement of order through Australia Post standard shipping or a courier service, depending on the item and delivery location.

Shipping rates are calculated for each carrier at checkout to determine the best rates in real time. Shipping rates for all products are calculated at the checkout. Fragile and oversized items are by enquiry, please provide a shipping address so that we can find the best shipping solution.   

Due to COVID-19, there may be delays in dispatch and delivery with impacts across global shipping that are out of our control. We always endeavour to find the quickest and most economical shipping options available.

UNDER 10 KGS	$12 FLAT RATE
OVER 10KGS UNDER 20KGS	$25 FLAT RATE

 

Some of our items are oversized/overweight and not suited for standard couriers. If you are interested in purchasing our larger/heavier items please get in touch via our contact form OR direct message us on Instagram and we will provide you with a shipping estimate within 1 to 2 working days.

- Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout, based on the weight and size of the product and your delivery address.

  

We aim to dispatch your order within 5-7 business days of receiving your payment, subject to product availability.
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the availability of the product. Estimated delivery times are provided below:

- Within Queensland: 5-7 business days

- Within New South Wales, South Australia, and Tasmania: 5-7 business days

- Within Queensland and Western Australia: 5-7 business days

- Remote areas may take longer

We will do our best to ensure that your product is delivered to you as soon as possible, but we cannot be held responsible for any delays in delivery.

 

- We require a physical street address for delivery, as we cannot deliver to PO boxes or parcel lockers.
- Upon dispatch, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
- If you are not available to receive the delivery, a card will be left in your mailbox or on your doorstep with instructions on how to collect your parcel or arrange redelivery.

  

- We currently only ship within Australia.
- We do not ship to overseas addresses.
- Some products may have shipping restrictions due to their size, weight, or fragility. We will advise you of any such restrictions before completing your purchase.
