RETURNS

We at Jharoka believe in conscientious shopping and encourage you to make considered choices when purchasing our items as we do not offer Returns due to change of mind. Please see below for the faulty items procedure. Sale items cannot be returned. if you are unsure about a product and have questions or require more information, please get in touch with us at hello@jharoka.com.au and we will be happy to assist you in the best way possible. Please read the following guidelines before initiating a return request.
You may send your order back at your own expense after you have emailed us at hello@jharoka.com.au. In case of Faulty Items please send us an email to hello@jharoka.com.au - the damage will be assessed by our team.

 

EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT
We will provide store credit for items returned in original condition and packaging within 7 days of purchasing.

Please send your returns back within 7 days of receiving your order. 
All discounted sales are final and are not eligible for refund or store credit. This includes any discounts gained from promotional codes, in-store and or online sales, flash sales or any other form of discount.
If you wish to exchange your item, you may need to pay an additional shipping cost to send your new product out. 
If return items are damaged during transit back to us we will not accept responsibility for any damage caused. If your item is fragile please ensure that is it sufficiently protected in order to avoid this.
Please read care instructions on items, especially our Textile range. If you do not follow care labels, we will not accept responsibility for any damage done.

 

FAULTY ITEMS
We take special care to check your purchase thoroughly for any faults before delivering it to you. In the unlikely event of a faulty item being received in unacceptable condition, we will of course refund or replace(if available) the item at our cost. Returns of faulty items will only be accepted if the goods were faulty/broken when delivered to you. All items returned as faulty will be inspected on receipt and any items deemed subject to general wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty. Returns of faulty items must be returned promptly. Please email us so we can know to keep a replacement item aside for you.
We will replace a faulty item if a replacement is in stock and available. If we do not have a replacement available we will arrange a credit to the value of the purchase made, doing our best to keep you very happy.
Please send us an email at hello@jharoka.com.au or reach out through our contact form and we will be more than happy to assist you with this. Once we approve your return you must ship the item back to us within 7 days from the arrival of your order and we must be provided with the tracking number. 
Please note that the products are your responsibility until JHAROKA receives them. We will not issue a store credit or refund on products that are not received or are lost in transit. If your package is lost in transit, please email us right away at hello@jharoka.com.au and we will try our best to solve the issue. Please note that JHAROKA is not responsible for lost or stolen items 
 
CRYSTALS RETURN & REFUND POLICY
All our crystals are in their rawest and unpolished form which means there will be imperfections. Some fractures are common and slight shedding is to be expected. All our crystals are final sale unless you believe our description doesn't match the crystal you have received.
If the crystal you have received is damaged, please send us an email at hello@jharoka.com.au or reach out through our contact form and we will be more than happy to assist you with this. In case we agree upon returning your crystal, the crystal must be shipped back within 7 days from the arrival of your order and we must be provided with the tracking number.
