Welcome to Jharoka, an online boutique shop offering a range of carefully selected one-off Vintage Indian items for your home. By placing an order with Jharoka, you express your understanding and agreement that you are bound by the Terms & Conditions listed below.

 

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.

After placing an order, you will receive an email from us acknowledging that we have received your order. Please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted. Your order constitutes an offer to us to buy a product. All orders are subject to acceptance by us, and we will confirm such acceptance to you by sending you an email that confirms that the product has been dispatched (Dispatch Confirmation). The contract between us will only be formed when we send you the Dispatch Confirmation. 

 

 

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION AND PRICING

We make every effort to ensure that the products displayed on our website are described accurately and priced correctly. However, we do not warrant that the product descriptions, prices, or other content available on the website are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product without notice at any time.

All prices on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST (Goods and Services Tax).

 

 

Payment can be made using Visa, MasterCard or PayPal

All payments must be made in AUD.

 

 

We currently only ship within Australia

Shipping and delivery times may vary depending on your location and the availability of the product. We will do our best to ensure that your product is delivered to you as soon as possible, but we cannot be held responsible for any delays in delivery.

Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

 

 

A large portion of our items are unique one-off vintage pieces and as such signs of usage are expected. We believe that the wear and imperfections add to the beauty, character and story of the piece. Items are sold as is.

 

 

We at Jharoka believe in conscientious shopping and encourage you to make considered choices when purchasing our items as we do not offer Returns due to change of mind. Please see our Returns Policy for the faulty items procedure. Sale items cannot be returned. If you are unsure about a product and have questions or require more information, please get in touch with us at hello@jharoka.com.au and we will be happy to assist you in the best way possible. Please read the following guidelines before initiating a return request.

 

 

Jharoka will not be liable for any loss, damage, or expense arising from any delay in fulfilling or failure to fulfil an order, any errors or omissions in any content, or for any action taken in reliance thereon. 6.2 We do not guarantee that the use of our website will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we will not be responsible for any interruption, loss, or damage caused by the use of our website. 

Jharoka makes no warranties or representations about the accuracy or completeness of the content available on the website or the products offered for sale.

 

 

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Queensland, Australia. 7.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Queensland, Australia.
